 e company who will carry out the work\, Invicta Building Services. These w
 ill be key staff who will be on site during the works. We have also invite
 d the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)\, who will visit each resident and wi
 ll be your first point of contact from the contractor. There will also be 
 staff from Camden Council available to talk to you about the project. This
