Customer access in Camden

Closed 17 Sep 2012

Opened 4 Sep 2012

Overview

Camden council is looking to improve the way customers access our services, including our website and on-line offer. By working closely with residents, and looking at examples of service delivery from other councils and organisations, we aim to bridge the gap between how you currently communicate with us and how you would prefer to communicate with us. The aim of these focus groups is to listen to you; to understand how you currently access council services, and your ideas and opinions on how Camden Council could improve access to services in the future.

We are asking residents to take part in a series of focus groups that will be held between mid to late September, in order to understand how you currently access council services, and hear your ideas and opinions on how Camden Council could improve the delivery of your services.

We can’t do it without you. If you would like a chance to be selected to join one of the focus groups, please complete the online questionnaire. If you are selected we will then get in contact with you with further details and an invite to one of the focus groups.
