We would like you to help us improve our services so we need to hear your views on what a good customer experience looks like and feels like.

This survey will take about 10 minutes and at the end you can enter a prize draw for the chance to win £100 of high street vouchers.

We are committed to improving the experience residents have of their services. This survey is part of a wider piece of research to understand what residents want and expect from the council.
