Kingstown Street Princess Road Regents Park Road And Fitzroy Road - Proposed Parking Changes Consultation
Why your views matter
Kingstown Street:
• Remove the existing residents’ parking bays outside nos. 34 and 42 Kingstown Street and replace them with double yellow lines.
• Replace the existing single yellow lines with double yellow lines on the north side of the road between Fitzroy Street up to a point opposite property nos. 41 – 45 Kingstown Street.
• Replace the existing single yellow lines with double yellow lines with loading restrictions on the south side between Fitzroy Street up to property no. 47 Kingstown Street.
• Remove the existing residents’ parking bay in Kingstown Street on the north side between Princess Road and Auden Place and replace it with double yellow lines.
• Remove the existing single yellow lines and replace with double lines with loading restrictions on the south side on Kingstown Street between Princes Road and Auden Place.
Princess Road:
• Remove 10 metres of single yellow line and replace it with residents’ only parking bay outside property no. 1 Princess Road. This will accommodate 2 parking spaces.
• Extend the existing residents’ parking bay outside no. 42 Princess Road. This will accommodate 4 parking spaces.
Regent’s Park Road:
• Extend the existing permit holders’ only parking bay to accommodate one parking space by removing 5 metres of single yellow line outside property no. 36 Regent’s Park Road.
• Extend the existing shared use (Resident / Pay and Display) parking bay to accommodate two parking spaces by reducing the existing zigzag markings opposite Marion House, Regent’s Park Road.
Fitzroy Road:
• Extend the existing echelon residents’ parking bay by 1 parking space outside property no. 55 Fitzroy Road by removing 2 metres of double yellow lines.
• Extend the existing residents’ parking bay to accommodate one parking space by reducing 5 metres of single yellow line outside property no. 27 Fitzroy Road.
• Extend the existing residents’ parking bay to accommodate 2 parking spaces by reducing 10 metres of single yellow line outside property no. 9 Fitzroy Road.
• Extend both sides of the existing residents’ parking bay by 1 metre to accommodate 1 additional parking space at the junction of Fitzroy Road / Gloucester Avenue.
