Why your views matter
The Board wants to develop an understanding of what areas people think we should focus on when developing the SAPB Annual delivery Plan for 2022-2023. The consultation will also act as an indicator of the general level of public familiarity with safeguarding adults and the role of the SAPB.
The previous strategy was covered from 2018 to 2021 and the Board is now developing a new plan for the next five years to further improve services and practices to prevent abuse and keep adults away from harm.
It’s important for us to hear from as many people as possible, from those who use our services, to community groups and residents, so that we can ensure we have a plan in place that works best for our residents.
Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board (SAPB) is a statutory multi-agency partnership responsible for safeguarding adults from abuse and neglect.
