Camden Learning Impact Evaluation Questionnaire

Overview

The aim of this questionnaire is to help us to evaluate the effectiveness of the Camden Learning Offer this year through sharing your experiences. We want to gather feedback and suggestions from you to inform our continuous efforts to improve our offer to schools.

A draw will be made at the end of term of the names of all those who completed the survey and a £50 John Lewis voucher will be awarded to the winner.
