Central Somers Town latest proposals Sept2015
Overview
Camden has been consulting on proposals for Somers Town since March 2013.
The attached document reports back on the latest proposals for the design, with the changes that have been made in response to comments from the community.
These latest designs are what we intend to submit for planning permissions. This is a final opportunity to provide feedback to the project team on the proposals.
- We will carefully consider all comments received ahead of submitting our planning application in late October.
- Any comments you make by 5 October will be included in a report about the proposals. This will be included in the planning application to aid consideration by the local planning authority.
What happens next

We expact to make a planning application by the end of October.
Once the application is received, the planning authority will start its own consultation. The application will be on camden.gov.uk/planning
We expect the application to be heard by the Development Control Committee in Feb 2016. It might be rejected or approved.
