Landlord Survey

Overview

Camden Council is conducting a survey on the availability of properties for the delivery of supported housing services to young people and adults in Camden. There are currently a number of such services delivered through a service provider/landlord arrangement. These services are aimed at those people who require extra support to live independently. This would be an ideal opportunity for you to work in partnership with us to provide much needed

Why your views matter

Some prospective providers have indicated that there have been some challenges in securing new properties in Camden, particularly during tender processes.  It is therefore important for the Council to gain a clear understanding of the availability of potential new properties from which to deliver supported housing services in future.

Your response to our survey will provide us with an opportunity to gather information and to enter into further discussions where applicable.
