Highgate local projects

Overview

Tell Highgate councillors what community infrastructure projects you would like to be taken forward in Highgate.

The Community Infrastructure Levy is a new charge paid by developers of new buildings in Camden, which is intended to support local community projects to improve the area around the development. In Highgate Ward we expect to be able to spend up to £40,000 per year from 2018 and money will go to each project in order as it is received by Camden from developers.

An initial list of projects to be developed for spending the CIL in the first few years must be submitted to the council by ward councillors in January.  Highgate councillors are interested to hear your ideas for projects.

Also, there are some projects that have been forward through the work of the two neighbourhood forums (Highgate and Dartmouth Park) in the ward, which we would like to get your views on.
