Small Sites consultation

Overview

The Council is reviewing a number of small sites it owns around the borough as part of its Community Investment Programme. We want to find ways to provide new homes and generate investment to improve existing council homes and community facilities.

We’ve been discussing these sites with ward councillors and are now seeking the views of local residents and businesses.

Why your views matter

We’ve not decided whether to sell these sites yet and want to give people living or working nearby the chance to comment, in order to help us reach this decision. A full list and details of the small sites we are proposing to sell can be viewed at: camden.gov.uk/smallsites
