Join Camden Community Wealth Fund’s Diversity Panel  

Camden Community Wealth Fund is a £30 million investment fund. It will invest in businesses and other organisations creating opportunities for young people and businesses run by a diverse group of people. Over the next year, people who live, work or learn in Camden will help us decide who receives the first £4m of investment as we pilot two different approaches to the investment process. Our Youth Pilot will invest £2m in businesses empowering young people and our Diversity Pilot will invest a further £2m in businesses run by a diverse group of people. 

We’re inviting 1,000 people who live, work or study in Camden to apply to join our Diversity Panel to help us decide how £2 million is invested in local businesses run by a diverse group of people. 

We’re especially keen to welcome applications from people who: 

• are d/Deaf or disabled 

• are from a Black, Asian or other ethnic community 

• have a low income or receive benefits 

• run a business 

If this is you, we are encouraging you to apply because business owners who meet one or more of these criteria have often found it difficult to access finance under traditional models.  

Whether you’ve never done anything like this before, or you’re already active in your community — we want to hear from you.  

All participants will be compensated for their involvement. For more information about the panel and application process, including payments, please read our FAQs, attached below.
  
The online application form takes around 10 minutes to complete and must be submitted by Wednesday 6 August. 

You can also visit any Camden library to collect a paper copy of the application form from the reception desk.
