North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Plan
Overview
The NHS in the north central London area – which represents Camden, Haringey, Islington, Barnet and Enfield – has submitted a draft five year Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) to NHS England. This plan has been developed by a host of health and care providers to propose changes to the way services are delivered, to make them more effective and efficient.
The development of the plan represents a significant change in the way health and care services are provided to Camden residents. We want to be sure that future needs are reflected in the final version of the plan.
We want to know what residents and interested stakeholders think of these plans at this draft stage and, in particular, of the following key parts:
• Plans to increase prevention
• Provision of care closer to home
• Children’s health
• Removal of duplicate services
• Cancer care
• Urgent and emergency care
• Mental Health
We want to hear from you about these issues and about anything else that is important to you within this plan. We will then feed your views back to the team who will produce the final published version of the plan.
