Overview

We’re keen to hear from organisations on their experiences around flexible working, to understand more about the local labour market and how Camden might be able to support those trying to develop their offer in the future.

Camden is one of a number of public and private sector organisations that have linked up with the Timewise Foundation. These organisations have a shared objective of supporting and promoting flexible working to improve workplace equality and reduce maternal unemployment.

There are a wide range of other organisational benefits that can potentially be derived from providing employees with quality part-time and flexible working options. Some of these include an enhanced resilience, reduced real estate costs and improved staff morale and retention.
