Why your views matter

The Exercise referral service exists to help Camden residents living with specified  medical conditions to become more physically active. Significant health benefits can be gained by taking part in regular  physical activity.

We are keen to learn your experiences and thoughts to ensure we meet the needs of our service users in changing attitudes to being physically active. The information given in this survey is used along with all other data we collect is used to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards.

Further the information gained will allow us to  shape our programme appropriately.

What happens next

We will consider the results,  publish a summary on line ,  take action where necessary to improve and praise our team where results deserve.
