Hampstead Neighbourhood Planning Applications

Closed 25 Jul 2014

Opened 12 Jun 2014

Overview

A Hampstead community group has applied to Camden council to be formally designated as a Neighbourhood Forum and set the boundary of their Neighbourhood Area, in accordance with Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012.

The council is now seeking views and comments on the applications from residents and other interested stakeholders. The consultation begins on the 12th June and all responses must be submitted by 25th July 2014 through email to planningpolicy@camden.gov.uk or post to:

Strategic Planning and Implementation Team, 6th Floor
Town Hall Extension (Environment)
Argyle Street
London WC1H 8EQ

If the applications are agreed by the council, the neighbourhood forum can then write a neighbourhood plan for the designated neighbourhood area.

Please note that this is not a consultation on the neighbourhood plans themselves. If a designation is made, no other organisation or body may be designated for that neighbourhood area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
