PROPOSED ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS

Overview

We are seeking your views on the Council’s proposals to implement a series of measures to improve road safety for the pupils travelling to and from Holy Trinity & St Silas School.  The school has raised concerns with regards to the lack of a safe crossing point for pupils crossing Harland Road when travelling to and from school and especially when they cross large groups of children on a daily basis to access the church hall located on the opposite side of the school. In addition, the speed of vehicles approaching the school has been raised as a concern.
