To improve pedestrian safety on Sidmouth Street and Heathcote Street by extending the existing speed table in Sidmouth Street to include the junctions with Seaford Street and the new access road into the College site, constructing a raised entry treatment on Heathcote Street at its junction with Gray’s Inn Road and changing parking bay locations in both streets.
