Overview
Like many other councils, Camden has had a significant reduction in the money it receives from the government, so we have to find new ways to invest into the communities that need it. In Somers Town, where the Council owns a large proportion of land, there is much we think we can do to improve the area for local residents and businesses. Rather than looking only at individual sites we want to get the best for everyone by looking at Somers Town as a whole. As part of this, we want to know what re-investment priorities are important to you.
Why your views matter
We want your views on the priorities for Somers Town. There may be some parts of the Somers Town Community Investment Programme that you are more interested in than others but this is the opportunity to tell us what is important to you. We want to make sure that what we learn from this consultation will feed into developing Somers Town Community Investment Programme projects. This is just the start of our consultation and engagement, as each project progresses, we will want to get your views on how it happens.
