Adult social care annual report 2013-14
Overview
We have published our story of the care and support we have provided over the past 12 months. This includes some of our main achievements, areas for development and our plans for the future.
We want people who use adult social care services to have choice and control over their support, get involved in the decisions we make and shape the things we do in the future. With this in mind, we have worked with you to produce this report – finding out about the things you want to know more about and what is important to you.
We put people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – providing a wide range of support to help people to go about their daily lives and live safe and independent lives for as long as possible.
