Help us to improve local health and wellbeing

A new community champions’ project was set up in your neighbourhood earlier this year.  There are now three community champions projects in Camden.  These are:

  • Kentish Town community champions led by Efrida Rathbone for Peckwater, Torriano estates, Kenbrook House and Osney Crescent
  • Kilburn community champions led by SHAK (South Hampstead and Kilburn Community Partnership) for Kilburn Vale, Webheath, Kingsgate and West End Sidings estates
  • Regents Park community champions led by Fitzrovia Youth in Action for Regents Park estate.

All three projects are supported by Camden Council.

Each community champions’ projects will run for three years and wants to improve health and wellbeing and the things that matter the most to you in your local area.

Community champions are local residents who volunteer to help people access existing local activities and create new activities and events that local residents want.  Training and support are provided to all champions.

This short survey will help us to find out what changes people want in their neighbourhood  and what kind of things need to happen to improve local health and wellbeing.  It will also help us to identify what ongoing help and support people need during the Covid 19 outbreak.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.  Please read each question carefully and answer as honestly as you can. Your responses will be kept anonymous and all your information will be stored securely.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and we thank you for your time
