Draft Euston Area Plan Update

Overview

The Council has published the Euston Area Plan Update - Proposed Submission Draft for consultation. The consultation closes on 22 February 2026.

The Euston Area Plan (EAP) Update is a planning document which will help to shape the future of the Euston Area. It sets out the Council’s vision for future development at Euston until 2051 and includes planning policies and site allocations to help achieve this.

How do I make a representation?

When making representations on the Euston Area Plan Update Proposed Submission Draft the following questions should be considered:

  • Is the plan legally compliant?
  • Does the plan comply with the ‘Duty to Cooperate’?
  • Is the plan ‘sound’?

We would encourage all comments to be made using the representation form. The representation form and further guidance on how to make comments in relation to the points above can be downloaded below:

Please note that comments submitted to the Council cannot be treated as confidential. All representations will be required to be made public along with the name of the person making the submission, and organisation (if applicable). All other personal information will be kept confidential and stored in line with our EAP Privacy notice. Copies of all comments received will be submitted, alongside the Local Plan documents, to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and must be made publicly available. You should state in your response whether you wish to appear at the public examination.
