PROPOSED PARKING AND ROAD MARKING CHANGES ON BEDFORD AVENUE, MORWELL STREET, BAYLEY STREET, ADELINE PLACE & GREAT RUSSELL STREET

Closed 3 Feb 2017

Opened 16 Jan 2017

Overview

Camden Council proposes to make changes to parking and road markings on Bedford Avenue, Morwell Street, Bayley Street, Adeline Place and Great Russell Street.

These proposed minor amendments are to further enhance the West End Project and are as shown below.  Bays are being moved away from Bedford Avenue south side to allow coaches to pick up and drop off passengers, then exit via Morwell Street.  Taxi ranks are also being moved for improved accessibility.

The proposed measures, if approved for implementation, would not result in a loss of parking bay space.
