St Silas Estate Heating Refurbishment Project

Overview

This page has been designed to provide information about the heating project for residents of the St Silas estate.

Part of the estate will be taken off the communal heating system, and have individual combi-boilers installed. The remaining properties will stay on a refurbished communal system.

Please see below for a list of blocks, and which sort of heating system they will receive.

Installation of new individual boilers:

• Westwell
• Stonegate

Renewal of the communal heating system:

• Southfleet
• Headcorn
• Cheriton
• Chislet
• Leysdown
• Fordcombe
• Burmarsh
