Overview

This survey is part of the Local Area SEND Strategy.

We want all children and young people with special educational needs and or disabilities (SEND) to do well in their early years, at school, in adolescence and go on to lead fulfilled lives as adults. 

Your answers will help us to understand your views and experiences as parents with children with SEND so we are able to provide the best support and services we can. What you say can help us improve how we support children with SEND and their families.

If you have more than one child with SEND, you can complete the survey for just one child or fill in additional surveys for each child.
