Having Your Say in Camden

Overview

We want to hear what you think about how we talk to and engage with people who are d/Deaf, disabled or have a long term health condition. We will listen to what you tell us when deciding what to do next. Please be assured that your response will remain confidential.

Why we are doing this
The Council currently runs four forums, each held every three months, for people who are d/Deaf or have disabilities, and  long term health conditions. These are:
·        Mental health forum
·        Learning disability forum
·        Sensory needs forum
·        Physical disability forum

The forums allow people tell us what they think of our services and how they can be improved. They were established in 2010. We are now looking at them again to see if they remain fit for purpose, or if any improvements be made.

Through this survey, we want to ask people for their feedback about how we engage with people who are d/Deaf, disabled or have a long term health condition, and ways we might do this better in future. We will also be holding meetings at the forums, and would like as many people as possible to respond. For more information please see here.
