Overview

We acknowledge that these are difficult times and the impact of the coronavirus outbreak is of immediate concern to everyone. However, we are planning for the future and would like to hear from as many residents and community organisations as possible about green space improvements in your neighbourhood to ensure that designs respond to community priorities.

Following previous rounds of community engagement, Camden Council will use funding secured from High Speed 2 Ltd (HS2) Ltd to improve the spaces around the following areas located within Regents Park Estate:

  • 85-99 Stanhope Street
  • Everton Mews
  • Ennerdale and Grisedale Gardens
  • Buttermere, Kendal and Ambleside Gardens

Groundwork London is working with Camden Council to listen to your ideas and priorities for these spaces and find out more about the sorts of improvements you would like to see.

You can share your views and ideas with us by completing our online survey.

Have your say to be in with a chance of receiving one of three £50 Love2shop vouchers. 3 residents who complete the online survey will be picked at random. We will inform you within 3 weeks of the closing date if you’ve been successful.

Please take a look below at the mood boards for each of the spaces as you answer the survey. These show you:

  • The existing site plan
  • Photos of the site
  • Identified themes and initial design ideas

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

You can also share your views over the phone (in addition to or instead of completing the survey). Please contact Laura at Groundwork London on 07809 201 887.

If you have any further questions, comments or concerns, or would like to request a paper copy of the survey, please contact Groundwork London at greenspaces@groundwork.org.uk or call Laura on 07809 201 887.

Why your views matter

Green spaces are important because they can improve health and wellbeing, and the character of an area, as well as creating habitats for wildlife and benefiting the environment.

Your responses to this survey will help us to make sure you are getting the green spaces that best suit your needs.

What happens next

We will keep you updated on the progress of the project and publish our findings and final designs here. We will let you know when you can expect improvement works to start.
